Is chocolate healthy? It can be. If you moderate your consumption and mostly eat 70%+ chocolate you will gain more antioxidants, flavanols and epicatechin than you can find in blueberries or kale. These are good for cardiovascular and cognitive health, for cancer and diabetes prevention and for stress reduction. [Further reading]

On the other hand, sugar is not good for you and fat must be consumed in moderation.

But most importantly, the chocolate must itself be healthy. Much commercial chocolate is contaminated with heavy metals (cadmium and lead). Our chocolate is certified well within the FDA limits for heavy metals. Certification provided on demand.
