This bar is made from organic direct trade cacao beans, organic Mexican cacao butter, Canadian whole milk powder, and organic cane sugar. An unusually dark milk bar, the nibs give it crunch and contrast with the sweet and creamy milk bar.

Milk Chocolate 40% Cacao

This bar is made from organic Mexican cacao butter, Canadian whole milk powder, and organic cane sugar. It is ground for 20 hours to bring you a rich white chocolate with subtle flavours.
Ingredients: 36% organic cacao butter; 34% organic whole milk; 24% organic cane sugar; 6% clarified butter.

This bar is made from organic Mexican cacao butter, Canadian whole milk powder, and organic cane sugar. It is ground for 20 hours to bring you a rich white chocolate with subtle flavours. Then we add a healthy amount of finely ground green tea (Matcha). 
Cacao Ingredients: 37% organic cacao butter; 37% organic whole milk; 20% organic cane sugar; 6% clarified butter.

This bar is usually made from O'Payo beans from Nicaragua sourced through MABCO, Toronto for people who like it spicy! We also make it from Chanthaburi and a blend of O'Payo and Chanthaburi beans. It is spicy but not ridiculously so. We use Scotch Bonnet and/or Red Thai Chili peppers. We are looking for spicy and fruity.
Ingredients: 70% organic O'Payo, Chanthaburi, or a blend of both cacao beans and Mexican cacao butter, 30% organic cane sugar and some of our medium heat chili peppers.

This bar is usually made from O'Payo beans from Nicaragua sourced through MABCO, Toronto for people who like it spicy! We also make it from Chanthaburi and with a blend of O'Payo and Chanthaburi beans. It is spicy! We use Scotch Bonnet and/or Red Thai Chili and Ghost peppers, or sometimes a tiny bit of Trinidad Scorpion, or the Carolina Reaper peppers. We are looking for very spicy and fruity.
Ingredients: 70% organic O'Payo, Chanthaburi, or a blend of both cacao beans and Mexican cacao butter, 30% organic cane sugar and some of our hotter chili peppers.

O'Payo Nicaragua 70% Cacao with Chili (Very Hot!)

Chocolate flavour profile: Creamy with slight lactic acidity, dried fruit, spices, and sweet with dominant notes of cacao and walnuts.
The natural creaminess of this chocolate combines beautifully with the rich, aromatic, and earthy Sumatran coffee beans. The beans are  ground into the bar making the chocolate smooth and creamily coffee.
Ingredients: 70% organic Colombian cacao beans and Mexican or Honduran cacao butter, 30% organic cane sugar and Sumatran coffee beans.

This bar is 100% cacao. The bean used will vary but will always be indicated on the packaging. At the moment we have Chanthaburi, Wild Bolivian and Mexican from Tabasco (not spicy) at 100%. The bar is made from single origin beans sourced usually through MABCO, Toronto. At ChocChique the beans are sorted and cleaned, roasted, cracked, winnowed, ground for as many as 3 days, conched and tempered, to bring you the smoothest most delicious chocolate possible.
Ingredients: organic single origin beans and Mexican, Venezuelan or Peruvian cacao butter.

100% Cacao (50g)

This bar is 95% cacao. The bean used will vary but will always be indicated on the packaging. At the moment we have Wild Bolivian for this bar. The bar is made from single origin beans sourced usually through MABCO, Toronto. At ChocChique the beans are sorted and cleaned, roasted, cracked, winnowed, ground for as many as 3 days, conched and tempered, to bring you the smoothest most delicious chocolate possible. To this we have added fresh ginger from Sum Farm Food, Harrowsmith and chili generously donated by our friends from their gardens.
Ingredients: organic single origin beans, Mexican, Venezuelan or Peruvian cacao butter, raw organic cane sugar, fresh organic ginger root and scotch bonnet and red Thai chilis.
